Mandate Update

Updated: May 12, 2022

In line with the changes the government announced last week we have now removed the internal fencing which for the past few months has divided the Hockey Northland facility into four zones ( three turfs and upstairs hospitality zone).

🚦 New Zealand remains at the red setting. The next review is on 4 April.

🔴 At Red - there are no restrictions on numbers of spectators and participants on and around the turfs, you no longer need to wear a mask outdoors and scanning of QR codes is no longer necessary.

Other mask rules remain unchanged, and masks are still required in most indoor settings, there will be an indoor limit in the upstairs hospitality area of 200 people.

From 11.59pm 4 April, Vaccine Passes won’t be required as a condition of entry into the Hockey Northland facility.

From the Hockey Northland Board and staff, all the best for the up-and-coming season, and we hope everyone has an enjoyable time participating in hockey. Keep safe and go well.
